The Springboard Mentoring Service provides support for people on New Deal and for those on incapacity benefits, including mainstream job seekers allowance, income support and incapacity benefit. We provide support and advice to help people overcome barriers which may prevent them from entering training or employment.

Mentoring Staff arrange appointments with clients at a time and place suitable for them. We can help with problems such as housing or debt and refer clients to specialist organisation when necessary.

Duration
Clients can stay with the mentoring service as long as they need to. The average length of stay is 7 -8 months.
