Springboard Sunderland Trust is the Main Contractor for Entry to Employment in the Sunderland Area.
The E2E programme offers a variety of opportunities for young people aged 16 – 18,or over 18 depending on individual circumstances. The programme includes, vocational training, help with literacy, innumeracy, personal and social skills.
The overall aim of E2E is to give everyone the chance, through training, education and work, to realise their full potential. There are lots of existing programmes to choose from ranging from Personal Development Skills through to Care, Horticulture, Motor Vehicle Mechanics and Music. E2E can offer a tailored learning package, which is designed for your individual needs and with your choice in mind. Attendance can range from 16 to 30+ hours per week depending on the individual and their needs. A Training allowance of £40.00 per week is available and your travel expenses will be paid.
